Cancellation and Delay Policy

Because we value the time of both our estheticians and our clients, we have established this lateness and cancellation policy.

Lateness

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, at the full service price. However, if time does not permit, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $30 fee.

Protection of personal information

What we collect. This site has no forms and asks you for no data. The information you provide to book an appointment (name, phone, email, chosen service) is collected by our online booking tool, Square, under its own privacy policy. We use it only to manage your appointments and contact you about them; we never sell it or share it for marketing.

Technical data. The map on the Contact page loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address as any web server does. Traffic statistics (Google Analytics) are enabled only with your consent — see below.

Your rights and who to contact. You may ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic (page views, where visits come from) only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. No analytics cookie is set before you agree, and IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your mind at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
